I have never slept better in all my 50+ years

"I had just moved to Vancouver days before and the location and staff were so awesome and friendly...that was the reason I bought at your store. The product suggested to me was better than other beds I tried in other stores and I have never slept better in all my 50+ years. I will return to that store and totally recommend it to everyone I know. I tell people who visit, come try my bed. lol ...any way thanks and keep up the great work.

Sleep Country put my needs as a customer first

"When my wife and I went looking for a new mattress for myself,I did not know what I thought would be the best mattress for me. I had just suffered through some difficult time with a pinched nerve causing pain in lower back and left leg. Michele,guided us through a process of elimination. Price was not an issue at this point. Once she had helped me make a decision on the firmness and type, she explained the I-comfort system to me and she thought it would be the best for me. I felt that she had put my needs as a customer first, which everyone says they do, but not very often the case. The bed actually was on sale as well. The delivery went as promised, very thoughtfull and respectfull young men. You exceeded my expectations,well done Sleep Country."

Impressed with the fast, professional and personable service

"We had a very positive experience when purchasing our 'heavenly" bed. Len Steen directed us to the perfect mattress. We loved the bed but decided after a month that we had made a mistake on the size. I returned to Sleep Country and,without any questions asked, the arrangements were made to exchange the queen size for a king. The exchange was done two days later and on both occasions the delivery crews were amazing. We were so impressed with the fast and professional service they provided setting up the bed after assembling the new frame. Also, they were extremely personable. We would highly recommend Sleep Country!"

"Our recent purchase of a mattress for our two year old grandson led us to Sleep Country in Ancaster. Actually, we did not go anywhere else to compare prices, quality, etc as our previous purchases at Sleep Country were very good. We knew the staff were knowledgeable in the previous purchase and this latest purchase was just the same. In fact, the salesperson highly recommended our purchase which was suitable for her grandchild as well and explained the reasons why. The phone call to announce the arrival of the mattresses was much appreciated as was her taking the time to find us the best possible price was ideal. We do not have to be convinced to shop Sleep Country as we are returning customers for sure!"

Sleep Country knows the real meaning of service

"Your people not only delivered the mattress we had purchase but when I got home my wife told they not only removed the old mattress, box spring and frame but then proceeded to assemble the new frame as well as removed the head board off the old frame and installed that as well on the new frame.
I'm 61 and sad to say that in most cases REAL service is pretty much a thing of the past in most organizations but not with Sleep Country! Too say I was totally shocked would be an understatement. It was nice to see that there still are some companies out there that truly know the meaning of service. Next time we need anything we won't go anywhere else. We'll be going direct to Sleep Country and that's a promise."

Service, delivery and products are excellent

"We purchased 3 king beds in Kelowna and requested one king bed to be delivered at our home in Calgary (where we currently live) and the other two stored in Kelowna until our house construction was complete in Kelowna (home away from home). Everything went without a hitch. As a matter of fact it couldn't have been any better...the service, delivery and products are excellent.
Sleep Country's willness to store our two bed at Kelowna was especially appreciated due to all the other matters we were trying to organize. One less thing to deal with.
We will definitely recommend Sleep Country to our family and friends! Thank you for the pleasant experience.
