I had a fantastic experience shopping at Sleep Country. The sales associate helped me to find the perfect mattress, that fit my budget, through a series of questions and trial of various mattresses. I had my mattress delivered and could not have been more impressed. I live in a three story walk-up and I did not realize the stair case might be too small to fit my queen box spring through. Luckily the drivers had a split queen box with them and I was still able to get my mattress that day. They were quick, kind, and courteous. I would recommend the great service that Sleep Country offers any day.

Two of your amazing staff at the Red Deer Alberta location, Eleanor G. and Harvey P., went above & beyond the call of duty for me. I was looking for a very specific PosturePedic pillow which it seemed was no longer available on the Canadian market. Harvey managed to track down the last one in Western Canada & have it brought to Red Deer for me & phoned me as soon as it arrived. Both Eleanor & Harvey were nothing but friendly, professional, kind & courteous. I will certainly recommend them & go back for further purchases for myself in the future.

Very friendly service, Courtney I believe was her name...she remembered me from a previous purchase and was very helpful. I asked about the sheets that I had purchased earlier, if there were any more on sale. She went out of her way and called other stores to find me a king size set that was still on sale. Now, that is service! Courteous and very friendly. I've recommended this store several times to my friends. Thankyou!
